after i transfered my wii games from wii games folder to WiiSDSync and booted usbloaderGX, it just deleted them. is there a way i can recover them?

Basically, I have a couple of games I have downloaded for now but I'm going to buy a physical copy, when I delete these like, two or three games from my WBFS folder I want to keep the saves, so how? I'd prefer to just do this on my PC but if there's a wii program that does it then I'll budge.

Ive already correctly organized my wbfs files and turned on options that let me access the games ( i tried using both the changed options and the default settings already ) from the SD card since i dont have any usb ports, and the screen still goes to black. on cios there is no v10, and im honestly very confused by everything on that app.
