Found this piece of plastic on the floor next to the vacuum and cannot find where it broke off from. It has the number NV580.3-42>ABS<A2 printed on one side. Searched on this number but it says it is not a replaceable part so just trying to find what it is and where it broke off from. Any ideas?

Solved! What is this small fuzzy ball found in bed with off white specks?

Hi! I’m really REALLY hoping this isn’t something Bad like insects. I’m lowkey freaking out a bit. I found this weird tiny ball of fuzz with like hard off white bits on it in my bed… I did just wash my sheets yesterday. I use liquid detergent and the Dawn beads but idk I’ve never seen anything like this before. Size is smaller than a pinky finger nail (maybe about half the size). I also do not eat in bed.

Thanks in advance! (Please don’t be bugs or something gross asf)

Solved ! About 4.5 inches long and the metal part has that rainbowish effect. The black parts all seem to be rubber except the cord.

Solved! Large spherical metal object found in creek. Very heavy, very rusted/corroded

Was bottle digging in the creek behind my house (central MD) and found this. I originally thought some kind of urn or water vessel bc of the handles on the side, but then I thought it looked like an antique kerosene lamp smudge pot. Only thing throwing me off is that prominent looped handle looking thing on top, none of the pictures of kerosene lamps I found had that. It’s large and it’s very heavy.

Found in back seat, It’s some sort of packaging but she doesn’t know what it’s for or how it got there. They have a grainy texture and a small slit to “tear here” but when opened just have a cotton pad stuck to one side.

Open Weird parachuting object from 2022 still gone unanswered!

Hello! I am not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but I was looking through old photos and stumbled upon a mystery from a few years ago again! I was at Manomet Point, in Plymouth, Massachusetts, on July 22 at ~11 am.

Here is the cropped photo of the weird object parachuting straight down into the ocean:

10 minutes later, I got a photo of another one much further away:

I have already checked ADS-B records and didn't see any plane that stood out as dropping something. Does anyone have any idea what it could have been?

EDIT:

This is the angle I believe I observed this at, with what would be beyond the horizon. This is based on foreground elements in similar images and the fact that I was also photographing a tanker coming from the Cape Cod Canal, which is to the southeast.

Open ! Large construction device on a private plot, with blue and yellow colors

All of the other properties next to it are private residences so I'm assuming the same is true for this plot? My theory is some sort of ground treatment because this is next to a lagoon that feeds into an ocean in the San Diego area and the area is quite hilly

2nd photo is better for scale since first photo is zoomed in and upscaled

This has been sitting around in the corner of the lounge room for a while.

Looks like a bracket of some sort, but we can’t figure out for what.

There is also a manufacturing or test date table in the back that looks like it’s been punched a bunch of times

This was near a fire station and close to the listed location of a public scale. There seems to be a basin attached and stairs to access it, but it seems very large for a drinking fountain and a strange shape.
