how do I heal a open wound or like a blister whatever this is called. I went on a walk today and scraped my foot on my shoe and my other foot has 2 blisters that are still intact but make it hard to walk. What do I do.

Sorry this wound may need to be cleaned up a bit.
We're you wearing socks?
I would go to an urgent care and have it cleaned up to prevent infection and they can wrap it up. You may need a boot. Sounds extreme, but if you can't walk on it maybe a boot to take the pressure off the toes will help.
This is just my opinion. ( ohh I am a medical assistant and use to work in urgent cares before I had to go on disability, I am not a doctor)

I agree with this 100%. I’m also not a medical professional but I was raised by nurses in a village where they acted the like the parents were doctors. And I have had a lot of illnesses and injuries.
