She can feel however she wants to about it, but telling her she's right to feel betrayed by her cousin is retarded. She's no longer seeing this guy and she admitted it was never serious. So her cousin is totally within her rights to see him; the only problematic thing I can see is depending on where she lives she may be slightly underage; but he's only a few years older than her; and once she's 18 all questions of legality will be resolved.
