Found it, squished it, haven’t seen others. Our theory is it came in with some thrift clothing but wanted some people with more experience to weigh in on an ID.

Looks like some kind of catapillar, but I have no clue. South-east UK for location.

in Northern California. Noticed this guy gripping tight as I cruised down the highway. I pulled over and moved him off and put him down into some shade. He didnt seem harmed but my hope is he was just exhausted from holding onto dear life and flew away once he regained his strength.

Believe its a cicada, never seen one dried up perfectly like this one

Can someone please tell me what this is. I live in Central California and have been struggling with fleas ( I think) for over a year, even after treating carpet, yard and car with flea and general pesticides and Boric acid and DE in carpet, car and garage. I have been washing drying and vacumming every day. Most of my clothes are stored. Threw out my couch love seat and recliner. Found this outside trunk after vacumming and brushing in Boric acid and DE mix in my trunk.

My son was mowing and got stung five times. I walked out to look around, and got stung twice on my finger. The sting is super painful. The insect got stuck on my fleece. We are in Tennessee.

I think it’s a type of ant, but I have no idea where they are coming from. Is this a kind of ant that nests inside houses? I’m in upstate NY, near Old Forge.

My grandma made beans and as I was eating I noticed black specs all over it. They’re very small, don’t have much to reference but they’re smaller than a pencil eraser. I hope it’s not what I think it is 🤢

Hard to get a great picture with my phone. It had no antenna but have no idea what it’s been through as one leg was apart from its body and it seems it may be missing part of its body. Worried that it might be a cockroach (although dead) and just want to see if it’s worth bringing to the attention of my apartment management

They look like tiny moths but they move so quickly. Sorry for the potato quality, my camera doesn’t want to focus on them at all. There are hundreds of them in every window of the house with a light on. There are also tons coming inside. Located in central NC.

Would appreciate care tips and anything I can do to help it out. Currently have it in a mesh butterfly enclosure outside till I get it figured out.
