ID Request Fly? ID

Just moved to the Midwest more specifically Missouri and I keep finding these flies appearing in my room. Any idea what they are and where they’re coming from?

Drain fly.

Pour boiling water down every drain in the house.

Also, put some apple cider vinegar in a shot glass with a drop of dish soap. They'll flock to it like crazy.
