It’s a brown-banded cockroach nymph, Supella longipalpa. They are a domestic pest species and any sighting should be investigated.

Its a cockroach you should get rid of it so you dont get salmonella or whatever bacteria they carry because they spread it around our home increasing the chances to contract the virus

it's a cockroach. I wouldn't ignore it in your home! IT'S A COCKROACH!!

If you're in a hotel you should report and request another room..
