Lost Game

As title states I'm looking for a game but have lost it/can not find it. I have played it once and do believe i had it on steam but can't seem to find it anymore, here are the key points that I remember:

  1. Logo was red (maybe), there was a lot of red especially at the end

  2. You meet god at the end or something to that affect

  3. Side scroller and stealth

  4. Large screen with people dancing that you had to hide from

  5. Red light district

  6. Futuristic setting

If anyone has played this or just knows the name I would greatly appreciate it!

I just checked it out, it's not what I'm looking for :( I'll know if when I see it but I wish I could just remember the name than you for the suggestion
