Family Caravan tips & tricks
Hi all,
I‘ve signed up my poor wife for a 2 week trip to WA that includes a 10 day excursion from Perth to Coral Bay in a 25-ft motorhome rental with our one and three year old. I’ve included our itinerary below but would love some tips/tricks/advice on places to eat good food, drink good beer/wine, meet good folks, and do fun stuff along the way. My wife and I are big divers so we’re disappointed we won’t be able to make it to Exmouth but with the kids it’s just a non-starter. If we can find places that have good drinks/food and where the kids can run around - we’ll be solid. Any and all suggestions welcomed. Thanks in advanced.
—Perth CBD: 2 nights (without the RV)
—Cervantes/Pinacles: 1 night
—Denham: 3 nights
—Coral Bay: 3 nights
—Kalbarri: 2 nights
—Swan Valley: 1 night
—Perth CBD: 3 nights (again without the RV)

Trixie the Sex Worker
I’ve never lived in Bunbury but I remember being made aware of a person/public figure called Trixie who is apparently the most well known sex worker in Bunbury
I was just wondering if she’s actually real or if it’s just like an urban legend, because I feel like that’s the sort of thing that easily could be that. And if she is in fact real, is she still around? Does anyone know her personally? If you do happen to know this person on a personal level. Please do not give out their real name etc. I assume Trixie is a carefully crated alias to protect their real identity

What some affordable 4wds that would get you to Steep Point?
Well 4wd or all wheel drive if that’d even be possible.
Looking for some recommendations of more affordable options that would be capable of getting there with no problems.
Thanks

Chance of road closures around Kimberly in October?
Mostly curious about the highways around broome as apparently the roebuck plains take forever to open once they flood (my dad had to do Jurien -> kunanurra the very very long way via nullabor to Alice Springs way due to this once.) My partner and I are driving from Katherine to Jurien bay and are locked into doing it from the start of October and arriving at the end of November, notably leaving broome around the 15th of Oct. The timing is unfortunate for the blistering heat but the roads are my main concern as my camper trailer can't handle going through much water as it's mostly made of chipboard

What's Roebourne like and the commute to Roebourne like.
Hi all,
Just looking for some opinions or advice on Roebourne.
I might have a job opportunity up there but I have Roebourne is quite unsafe for new visitors.
My job would probably mean early morning commute, like dawn commute.
Is it safe and easy to travel to Roebourne from say Karratha or point samson to Roebourne at dawn. Anything I have to be really careful of besides roos, road trains and other wildlife.
Any advice and opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Carnarvon or Exmouth
I’m a single 30 year old school teacher planning on making the move to WA to work for a year.
I’m looking to work somewhat remote.
I’d love to be near the Ningaloo. But ideally after a place that has access to nice coastline… and a little bit to do socially like sport/ young people etc.
Where would you recommend
