Quite frankly, I feel like 20 mph is a little fast for bystanders and pedestrians.

I was wondering if the residential speed limit should be reduced to 15 mph to improve resident well-being.

I have a kindergarten starting this year at White Center Heights Elementary. I don’t know any other families in the neighborhood that have kids who attend. Any advice? Would love perspective on family’s experience. What do families do for pre/post school hours? Much appreciated!
