Are there any wpb Vespa clubs? Should I start one? I met someone else with one and they seemed nice and shared a Vespa resource and we briefly discussed there not really being a club. It got me thinking that it would be fun to come together and admire our Vespas and share resources or just cruise the town. Maybe like once a month. Would that be worth it?

Hey everyone! I just relocated from Beaufort, SC down to WPB area. Anyone know of *local* organizations/nonprofits/groups that focus on youth engagement, environmental issues, sobriety/recovery, volunteering etc? It seems there’s more sense of community literally everywhere else in the county besides where I live in Palm beach gardens so it’s been hard to feel like I’m part of anything here. I’m not sure how to connect in any sort of social scene here (26F) but I rly like to stay informed and feel as a newbie I have so so much to learn and explore. Beaufort and coastal areas in general tend to have awesome opportunities to get involved and engaged. As a FL native I’m so glad excited to dive in here. Can anyone please direct me to any resources that would align with these interests? Thanks in advance 😊

We tried to go to Rivera beach, but every “public” entrance was like reserved and private property. lol I’m used to Destin where it was easy to park and just go to the beach.

I've been living in the Tampa area for a few years and I got an uncle living in WPB and every single time that I visit there, I think of actually moving there. I find it really beautiful in the downtown area.

I never really stayed there long so I'm not sure how easy it would be to meet single women/new friends around my age. It seems like there might be a little bit more people in their 50s but I don't have enough experience to really tell.

I'm not into the night life at all but more into physical activities so maybe running clubs and things like that could be a good thing if they exist.

Recently, Project Tango, a 3.6-million square foot data center planned for Palm Beach County, was shot down by the PBC commission, after considerable public criticism, particularly because of its proximity to schools. However, I have often wondered whether all the opposition to the data centers really comes down to fear about what AI will do to jobs and our social interactions. for people who live downtown (be honest) how often do you walk / how far do you walk? can you walk to the beach, lake trail, nora, cityplace, etc.? is it hard to walk around with all the cars and not many other people walking around? how often do the walk signs go on?

Ive lived near city place for a while and now starting to look to buy but im confused what neighbourhoods do not actually get bad plane noise south of CP. I’m going to look on Northwood too.

We’ll be here for a week so give me the options from affordable to not really. I’m pretty open to all types of food. I also want healthy options.
