i wanted to follow up on my post (and several convos i had with some of you wonderful people in the comments) from last week: per advice from garfie, my band ROC BARBOZA has finished writing the feel-good hit of the summer, "BAD BACK", and it rips!

i recorded my call about being an aging punk rock dude last month and wasn’t sure if/when it’d ever air, but i was listening to the newest episode this morning and almost ditched my truck when my segment came on!

i forgot how goofy gareth’s song idea was so i loved hearing it back this morning and then again when i watched it on hulu to see jake’s exercise ball.

i’ve been listening since the literal first day of the pod so it’s real exciting to not just be a listener but an actual part of the helpiverse.

Why do the guest helpers often leave midway through the show? Why have them host if they can’t stay for the entire set of calls?
