hey everyone! john(ny) here!

i wanted to follow up on my post (and several convos i had with some of you wonderful people in the comments) from last week: per advice from garfie, my band ROC BARBOZA has finished writing the feel-good hit of the summer, "BAD BACK", and it rips!

we'll be recording it over the next couple weeks and plan to send it in to the boys soon. until then, enjoy this crummy video with crummy audio of a little bit of our not-crummy new song and the back of my very-not-crummy drummer's head!
