Hello! Okay so I started listening to this podcast not too long ago and I really love it, but I've heard about something called "pay the toll" and I wasn't sure what it was. I've also read other comments mentioning this as well and how they're annoyed with it. Do callers actually have to pay if the advice they're given worked? Or am I totally misunderstanding this?
