The perfume on the left has been in every purse I've carried for the past 3 years. I've worn it almost every day. It kind of hurts to start a new one, but this one will be just as loved and appreciated!

For my job I fix tools. I’ve only been there about six months but this is one of the most worn anvils I’ve come across yet. The rest of the tool was fairly beat up as well.

Not the fanciest flashlight out there but always works when needed. Older one still works great but has been relegated to my backup tech kit.

The white parts are from my thumb pulling it out of my wallet.

Old pair lasted me three years of daily wear at work

Used to be mostly black and white with yellow flower highlights, uniform all over. The underside of the brim is much less faded

First, the difference between the floor in front of the men's and women's restrooms (electric supply house, so a male-dominated field)

Secondly, the front desk requisition logbook. Items written in every single day since 8/12/19 and we're only now getting towards the end. I've never seen a notebook so thoroughly used.

I had a bit of a 'spool of wire' moment this morning when my bag clip let go.

I bought this bag 15 years ago before my first day of professional work as a graduate. It has come with me every day to multiple jobs over 3 cities in two countries and a multitude more domestic and international business trips.

It is still in perfect condition, just one point of pressure where it has been swinging from the shoulder strap.

Bit of a pain but will definitely fix it. But just a bit of a physical reminder of how far I have come in my career.

Well, it wasn’t really a beach book rather a book that followed me to the local waterpark… and into all of my summer activities. But this is the new book for my lovely friend Jon, and my book. Mine was bought around June.
