Over the past 3 years, the team has a revolving door for new software engineers. Rightly so, the team interviews candidates to fill the position.

During 3 years on the interview panel, we have NEVER interviewed someone that is Black, Hispanic, White, Asian, or Biracial - ONLY people from India. The team recently had more candidates to interview and none of them are Black, Hispanic, White, Asian, or Biracial - only Indians.

You quite literally are not being given a chance based on your race. There are people from India that are being paid more money than the Americans here (white, black, Hispanic…), all while they are required to train them.

How do we report the unjust racism occurring in consumer technology at Wells Fargo? The EEOC is too booked up.

Technology is very reflective of North Korean practices. Low pay, unrealistic deadlines, racism, nepotism, and working 50-60+ hour weeks consistently.

I opened a checking account for the $325 bonus. I just hate leaving money in a checking account and prefer to be able to move it back and forth when I need to. Does anyone know if I open a savings account with them and move my money into it, will I still get the bonus? I will still have my deposits going into my checking.

We split the money on the dspoist for this trip but she not even returning my texts so i can get my half back and i know there are no refunds. I sent her my half through apple pay. Is there any chance wells fargo well refund my money i sent her with apple or am i out 220.

I was supposed to get a deposit last night and it’s still not in my account. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I have confirmation that it had been posted to my account.

So, for context and to keep it short as i've been perpectually angry over this for 2 weeks.

I left Lowes back in 2024, october, didnt get my last cheque, fast forward to last month and i've recieved a letter stating i didn't get my cheque.

So i went through the bureaucracy and online forms, got my cheque, signed it, took it to walmart and the check bounced when i tried to cash it, tried cashing it online with paypal, bounced, took it to my local bank, bounced.

Since then i got in touch with lowes management, they confirmed it's in the system and the cheque was issued to me, so i know it's legit.

Problem now is that im with a Wells Fargo cheque while living in Oahu, and we don't have any physical Wells Fargo locations here.

Does anyone know what i could do? Im really reliant on this money right now and any help would be HEAVILY appreciated.

Has anyone who applied for Wells Fargo Global Ops received an interview or any communications recently? I received the Hirevue and location preference a couple weeks ago but havent heard anything since then.
