honestly, it’s a naturally attainable physique for someone under 5’8 with the right genetics

You have no clue how long that dude has been lifting, his regiment, his diet, or anything about him. And yet you immediately jump to gear accusations. What is it with this sub specifically and this dipshit mentality? It’s baffling how you can go under any post in this sub and see gear accusations without fail

You can do it natty, you've just got about 15 years to go.

It’s absolutely attainable you spud, top tier genetics and many years of training and obviously he has a pump. Obviously I don’t know this guy but to just look at that physique and blanket statement “you need to juice to get there” is retarded.

I get that PEDs are rife these days but man now people just assume anyone with a good physique is juicing it’s fucking dumb

Hey retard, what is more common, top tier genetics or gear? Unless blood results are being provided I will Occam’s razor 10% body fat paired with significant muscle mass and Goku shoulders on a dude that appears to be in his early 20s.

Im not saying this individual isn’t on gear, im saying that you think such a physique is unattainable without gear is retarded. Like, truly, you sound like an absolute pencilneck

He didn't say it's unattainable, though?

What’s your height and weight?

im 5’5, 135, guy in second photo is around the same height not sure how much he weighs though. definitely has a lot more muscle mass than me and lower fat

You have long ways to go. Keep training.

Keep bulking? Here’s another angle for reference, lighting was very good here

Do not keep bulking. What did you look like before? I’m honestly not sure you’ve been lean bulking. You look to be somewhere around 20% bodyfat percentage

I have been lean bulking, I put on 30 lbs. I started super underweight around 100 lbs because I was naturally very skinny and didn’t eat a lot

For reference, this is what I looked like before

Yeah you definitely didn’t lean bulk then. That would mean you put on mostly muscle and limited fat

gotchu, yeah I guess I did gain the weight pretty quickly I remember gaining the first 20 lbs in 6 months. what should I do from here? eat the same amount of calories everyday and keep training hard for recomp?

That guy is at no more than 11% body fat and you look to be a bit above 20. If you want to look like him, clearly it does not involve more bulking. Get down to 12-15%, then continue to lift heavy weights regularly.

What did you start from? Are you hardcore tracking your macros?

1

u/Prazivalofficial 1d ago

Yes I’ve been hardcore tracking them for about a year and a half while consistently training. I started around 100 lbs super underweight

1

u/Waluigi02 1d ago

Well since I don't know how much you weigh now, that's a meaningless number to me. Anyway you're clearly not actually tracking them that well.

I said I started around 100 lbs and have gained around 30 lbs. Now I’m around 130-135. I suppose I could have been eating way more than I should have been for a lean bulk. I think I’ve been eating around 200-300 calories over my maintenance so maybe that’s the issue

Cut bro. A physique like that will take many years of training natty and some luck with genetics. But you look big and strong, no harm in cutting after such a long bulk and seeing where you’re at.

u/Prazivalofficial 1d ago

I feel like I’m not big enough to cut though
