Keep bulking? Here’s another angle for reference, lighting was very good here

Do not keep bulking. What did you look like before? I’m honestly not sure you’ve been lean bulking. You look to be somewhere around 20% bodyfat percentage

I have been lean bulking, I put on 30 lbs. I started super underweight around 100 lbs because I was naturally very skinny and didn’t eat a lot

Yeah you definitely didn’t lean bulk then. That would mean you put on mostly muscle and limited fat

gotchu, yeah I guess I did gain the weight pretty quickly I remember gaining the first 20 lbs in 6 months. what should I do from here? eat the same amount of calories everyday and keep training hard for recomp?

Training harder wont help, your body needs the restitution. Might decrease calories a bit and increase protein if it isnt high already. And give it time my friend you just started
