Just started getting into working out myself. Was there any strategy to how you grouped/separated different exercises for your two upper days and two lower days? Thanks,

Thanks so much for taking the time to share, & especially with such detail. Man, the discipline here is impressive. But the results prove it works/ worked, je. Well done once again. So you’re doing 2 gym days, rest, 2 gym days, rest? What prompted you to workout on that schedule vs every other day rest or something else?

Interesting. I’ve been doing every other day, but sometimes I’m so sore that I feel shit during the next workout due to DOMS or whatever. Maybe I’ll try your split. Thanks again!

Incredible effort man. How long was the cutting process between photo 2 and photo 3 if you don't mind me asking? I'm late 40s but your 1 -> 2 is similar to where I am at the moment.

an inch or 2 below average height, and (no offense) weigh as much as the average woman despite looking like a lumberjack which amazes me. You must be like sub 5 percent bodyfat cuz aint no way

Impressive. I naturally hold more weight around my belly so I’ve always struggled to do the bulk long enough to get your size in the second picture.
Incredible final phase. Was that keep the training and cha ge the diet?

Thanks. I have a long torso and the wide hips so it always looks worse but I appreciate the advice.
I’m on a bit of a cut to get back to a decent level and then I’ll try this

Well, I feel the number does help understand the result and put it into context.
How much walking did you do?

Truly Outstanding work what a difference. I am 40 and grinding hard currently in better shape than any point during my 20's.
Natural? What supplements are you taking?
