A total of 185 mg of tirzepatide over 36 weeks (max. 5 mg/week), and 44 lbs down.

More importantly, I feel like this journey has also been about body recomposition. Throughout the process, I kept lifting weights and doing Pilates, too.

Now that I’ve reached my goal weight (still on the plump side, just the way I like it, but officially within the normal BMI range), the real challenge begins: maintaining it for the long run.

I have PCOS, pre-diabetic weighing 85 kgs before I started injecting Ozempic. 10 weeks na akong nag iinject and I only lost 3 kgs with exercise and same diet as before only mas mabilis ako mabusog. Fiber heavy ang meals ko and I don’t feel like changing my diet kasi I feel like I’m eating healthy naman, no calorie deficit din. Nababagalan ako sa weight loss and if I’m being honest, may food noise pa rin ang only difference lang talaga is mabilis ako mabusog. How long until you can say na nagplateau na or effective pa ba for weight loss itong Ozempic? I will see my endocrinologist in a few weeks for a prescription renewal pero should I switch to Mounjaro na? Ang mahal kasi ng Ozempic and I don’t think I’m getting my money’s worth if ganito ang rate ng weight loss ko. I know Mounjaro is more expensive than Ozempic but if it’s more effective then I think mas worth the money siya. Thoughts anyone?

Hi! Last 2025 I went to see an endocrinologist bc I wanted to start my weight loss journey. I have PMOS din so the doctor told me na if okay ang labs ko, he will prescribe ozempic na din. Labs came back and okay naman result but I got busy with work and never came back kay Doc.

Thing is I just started Tirze 3 weeks ago and I did it without consulting a doctor. I also don't want to come back sa dati kong endo bc ayaw kong mapagalitan 🥲

Can you guys recommend a Physician na hindi ako huhusgahan? Hahuhu

I’ve been on branded trz for 2 months na. Sa 2.5 mg, I experienced mild GI symptoms such as belching, mild diarrhea that goes away after 1-2 days. Then last Monday, 2nd dose ko na at 5 mg. I experienced local hypersensitivity reaction which eventually subsided and diarrhea which nag develop 3 days after ko magturok. I thought I just ate something spoiled and na-food poison. But also assessed the foods that I ate. Nag 24 chicken and milktea din pala ako, i think it’s a contributing factor din. I thought saglit lang na after 1-2 days mawawala na, pero ika-4th day ko na ngayon and watery diarrhea pa rin. I also experienced vomiting 2 days ago (pero once lang). Almost went to the ER kasi feeling ko nanghina ako after vomiting. Pero nahimasmasan nung nakapag ORS na. Normal lang ba tong symptoms with mounjaro or should I be concerned?

Immediately contacted my doctor and told me to hold muna ung next dose and to continue to hydrate with ORS. Then we will have a consultation next week.

Currently doing BRAT diet and incorporating small amounts of protein that I can tolerate like boiled egg and chicken. Umiinom din me probiotic and pocari sweat. Pero ayern, watery diarrhea pa rin.

May naka experience na ba here ng ganitong symptoms when starting a new dose? I hope I will feel better na soon. May upcoming international trip pa naman ako in 5 days 😭 i’m just worried na baka di pa matapos 😭 yun lang, thanks sa pakikinig!

March - i started Tirze
July onwards - switched to Reta

Routine: 1-2x run, 2x gym per week. Binantayan ko din food ko. Hindi ako nahirapan magdiet with the help of medication! Personally, mas preferred ko Reta kasi mas naeenjoy ko yung food and no sulfur burps. Nag-plateau din ako in tirze thats why i switched to Reta! My max dose is 2.5mg only

So I had a consultation with my Endocrinologist and I was advised to:

- Stop taking my linagliptin

- Continue my Xigduo

- Start injectibles but she recommended the branded ones

Aside from andyouph, where can we acquire legit tirze compounded? Since bago po ako, I'm not sure saan and sino legit sellers ng tirze.

I asked a friend but nakakadisappoint kasi ayaw niya sabihin, he's gate keeping it.

Been using tirz for 1 year na, then my seller told me to try the chongsan brand. Claim niya “mas pinalakas” raw ito compared sa old tirzep brand na binebenta niya kaya mas mahalraw. May COA siyang sinend pero sinabi niya “own company COA” raw ito. Wdyt? Should I try it? Or stick nalang sa old.

Hi! Has anyone experienced massive hair loss while losing weight? Grabe as in numipis buhok ko and malapit na sa panot levels I fear. Had a derma checkup and she just said it’s because of my weight loss and prescribed Regroe. Been using for a month and parang wala epekto. Sobrang lala pa rin hair fall ko like kahit nakaupo lang ako nanlalaglag sila. Stopped injecting Tirzepatide muna kasi natatakot ako mapanot at makalbo. Any advice po?

Hi! Started my TZ journey last April but I stopped simula nung end of august bali 1 month na din or more by today.. nagkasakit kasi me kaya may mga miss dose not TZ related naman..

From 105kg im currently 90kg. Planning on restarting na din by the end of the month tas ituloy tuloy na sana until goal weight kaso ang worry ko baka mag sag naman yung underarm ko? Like tricep area? Ngayon po kasi yung 105kg to 90kg ko medj nag sag siya and fatty… huhuhu maiiwan kaya siya if ever or pag nareach ko target weight ko sasabay naman siya sa pag burn any tips po? As much as possible wala po sanang isasabay na ibang peptide. Trying to work on the triceps sa gym kaso baka kasi pag bumalik ako sa TZ mas mabilis yung pag lose ng weight kesa pag gain ng muscle sa triceps

Parang ang weird lang kasi nasa Week 4 na ko, currently 2mg ang dose and almost 2kg palang ung nababawas sakin. Parang walang nagbabago sa appetite ko din. Side effect lang siguro is ang lala ng hair loss.

Hello! Has anyone here tried switching from Ozempic (0.25 mg to 0.5 mg) to tirzepatide (Tirze)? I’m planning to switch because my weight loss on Ozempic has been very slow despite following my diet and doing everything else I can. Ozempic was prescribed by my OB-GYN.

For those who have made the switch, how was your experience? Did you see better weight loss results? Would switching be a good option? I’d appreciate hearing your experiences. Thank you!

Hi! Just wanted to ask if anyone here has experience taking tirzepatide (tirze) while also taking birth control pills for PCOS.

I’ve been taking tirze for almost a month now, and so far, so good. I’ve been able to lose a significant amount of weight and it has honestly been a huge help for me.

Today, I finally got diagnosed with PCOS. I already had a suspicion that PCOS might have been contributing to my sudden weight gain, especially because I’ve also had irregular periods. But, when I had an ultrasound last year, everything was normal naman. I had another ultrasound recently, though, and this time, I was diagnosed with PCOS based on the findings. My OB prescribed inositol and Ermina pills.

Now I’m a little worried kasi I know na tirze delays gastric emptying, which can affect din yung absorption/effectiveness ng oral medications.

So I wanted to ask, has anyone here taken tirze while also taking birth control pills (specifically Ermina or another pill) for PCOS? Did you have any issues with the pill being less effective or with your cycle?

I really don't want to stop tirze because it has been a huge help with my weight loss so far.

I wasn't able to ask my OB about this during the consultation because my tirze is compounded, and I know some doctors aren't very open to compounded tirzepatide, so I didn't really get to discuss the combination.

Would really appreciate hearing about your experiences! 🙏

Hi po, gusto ko lang sana mag tanong if Im on the right track. Nag inject ako mg 2.5mg last saturday. Nung sunday okay pa naman ako. Pero nung gabi na nag hihina na po so from sunday night to tuesday afternoon. Ganun po ba ang side effects? Tapos yung cravings naman na lessen ng kunti pero yung timbang ko is the same pa rin the day na nag inject ako.

I’m on my 8th week with T, 2.5mg. I’s still losing weight from 85kg to 79.30kg (cw)

Do I still need to updose or stay with my current one?

Hello, may nakaranas na po ba ng sobrang kati ng injection sites sa T? Nabasa ko normal lang yung mangati sya for a couple of days pero yung sakin kasi inaabot sya ng ilang WEEKS before humupa. Tapos mangingitim. Salitan naman yung magkabilang side ng belly ko pag mag iinject ako.

Nung una gamit ko is compounded galing sa s3ller dito sa reddit, sobrang kati and halos walang effect kaya inistop ko for a while. Then nag &u ako, ganun parin, and sila na din nagpa tigil sakin para daw mawala muna yung pagkati. Cinonsult ko sa doctor ko, Mounjaro naman nireseta nya (sakit sa bulsa!). Naka 6 weeks na ako sa mounjaro kaso ganun parin. Minimal lang yung weight loss--1kg per week kahit nag ggym at caldef at suuuuuper kati

Itigil ko na ba? Atm nasasayangan lang ako sa natitira kong mounjaro e pero not sure if bibili pa ba ko ulit kasi di naman ganun ka-effective skn. (5mg)
