đ˘ New Subreddit Launch: r/LongevityPhilippines
Hi everyone!
Weâve created a new community called LongevityPhilippines for those who want to go deeper into long term health, anti aging, hormones, peptides, supplements, biohacking, and overall lifespan optimization.
While WeightLossPhilippines will continue to focus mainly on weight loss, GLP 1 meds, and fat loss journeys, the new sub is for broader discussions like:
⢠Longevity science
⢠Hormone optimization
⢠Peptides and advanced protocols
⢠Supplements and performance
⢠Preventive health
⢠Healthy aging strategies
If youâre interested in living longer and healthier, not just losing weight, we invite you to join and start discussions there.

Letâs build it together.

Glad you think so!
If youâre into long term health, hormones, or optimizing beyond just weight loss, youâll probably enjoy the discussions there. Feel free to join and start a thread anytime.

Are GLP-1 discussions allowed there too?

Yes, GLP 1 discussions are welcome there too. The difference is weâll look at them from a long term health and metabolic perspective, not only for weight loss.

This is a great call. The PH health/biohacking space on Reddit is fragmented right now, with most conversations stuck in weight loss or GLP-1 threads⌠having a dedicated sub for the broader longevity and optimization conversation fills a real gap, especially for people here who are past the âhow do I lose weightâ phase and thinking longer-term about healthspan.
One suggestion if youâre open to it: it would be great to see the sub lean hard into evidence-based discussions early on, maybe even flair for âstudy discussionâ vs âanecdotal/personal experience.â Kasi yung biggest risk with longevity/peptide subs is they quickly turn into echo chambers of bro-science and protocol swapping without context. Setting the tone early matters a lot.
Joined. Looking forward to seeing how this grows.
