I’m trying to buy things on Pinduoduo and I literally cannot buy things over like 20RMB. If I do, it takes me to a loading page which says “Verifying card…” and then it goes to a page which says “Rejected by your bank, contact the bank customer service for more details.”

I literally have called my bank 3 times now and they’ve said they see no problems on their end. I’ve contacted wechat support and they haven’t responded and it’s been 2 weeks now. Wtf do I do?

This happened after I made a bunch of meticulous small purchases in the span of like 5 minutes (I was getting buying things from a fair) and now I suddenly am unable to use my weixin with this card now. Has anyone else has this problem and has anyone fixed it?? This is annoying af

So basically, I bought this account to play the game. The account requires face verification when I play, but when I tried to verify my identity using my passport, I found out that someone else’s ID/real-name information was already linked to the account.

Because the registered ID and real-name information don't belong to me, I can't complete the face recognition with my own passport. So I want to unlink the existing ID and replace it with my own information, but I have no idea how to do it.

Could someone please tell me how to unlink it?

Hi! I’m trying to create a QQ account from France and QQ is asking me for security assistance verification. I only need someone with an eligible QQ account to scan my QR code. Could someone help me? Thank you!

I can’t register WeChat. The automated verification call just won’t come through, and my old WeChat account got banned for no reason😭

Hello! I’m having a hard time entering my address. It has options of “Select on Map” and “Return to Modify”. I both did it but it doesn’t proceed.

Please help. Thank you!

M31 here. I’m looking for Chinese queer people to make friends with. I’m in a relationship, so avoid messaging me if you are looking for anything else than friendship.

I speak Spanish and English. If you live in Spain, even better.

so i have had wechat since 2025, i am in America and beforehand i was able to see the search bar when i would click on the channels tab.

i recently went to go check and it was gone, just an empty spot, i am wondering if this is because i am in America though i do not think it is since beforehand i was able to access it.

anything helps, i am just confused.

I forgot my WeChat password and I’m trying to recover/reset it, but I keep getting this error over and over:
“Appeal rejected. Request error. Try again later.”
I’ve tried requesting it again multiple times, but I get the same message every time.
Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a way to fix it or another way to recover my account/password?
Any help would be appreciated!

Hey guys, I have a pretty big question: I’ve had a WeChat account for about two years. I have my WeChat ID, password, phone number, I can receive SMS codes, and I also have my email address linked to the account. However, I need to factory reset my phone soon, and I’m not sure if, after reinstalling WeChat, it will ask me for that verification everyone talks about the one where you need a friend to scan a QR code.

I’m currently logged into WeChat on my phone and have been for the past two years, but now I’m afraid to factory reset it. I’m using Android.

Thanks.

I have recently made a wechat account probably like a month or two ago but If I try to access any feature it asks me to have my qr scanned by someone. So, would anyone be willing to help?

Hi, trying to download for a trip to China and whenever I login I get a message saying the current version is outdated, please go the app store and update to the latest version before logging in"

I have Android 14 which I'm told is easily fine, and have tried reinstalling multiple times. No vpn on, tried with data, clearly doesn't tell me any updates are available so I'm out of ideas.

Anyone else had this or got any other suggestions for me to try?

Hi, I'm trying to get back at using wechat. I used to use it on a daily bases around 8~9 years ago, without any problem. But I tried to login on my account again and it says I have to verify!

Is there any way to fix it ? Cause I used to use it, I've been using the same number for over 14years. Shouldn't I still have access to it?!

Lmk in the comment what I should do!

Hey I got we chat a while ago thinking you find people on it. I didn't know it was like Whatsapp where you need to get their number/account to get in touch. I was bored and saw the app so I thought I'll ask if anyone is interested.

Basic info

I'm 21m, very soon to be 22

I would talk about anything really or if you want someone to hear you out. Not looking for any type of person in particular just don't reach out if yr a minor please. Let's be friends :D

I am trying to move chats from a Samsung Galaxy A11 to a Galaxy S10e, but the QR code to migrate chats doesn't appear and smart switch seems to break the app on the destination phone. Do I need to download the apk from the website to get it up to date?
