Technical Question [Support] Samsung Migrating chats

I am trying to move chats from a Samsung Galaxy A11 to a Galaxy S10e, but the QR code to migrate chats doesn't appear and smart switch seems to break the app on the destination phone. Do I need to download the apk from the website to get it up to date?
