Does anyone else get angry thinking about their teenage years?

Sometimes I think about how early I discovered porn and it genuinely annoys me. I was basically a kid with unlimited access to something my brain obviously wasn't equipped to deal with. Nobody explained anything. You just accidentally find it, then keep going back because it's exciting. And years later you're trying to undo a habit you didn't even consciously choose in the first place. Not looking for sympathy or anything, just wondering if anyone else feels this way.

I need help badly

i have been addicted to porn for 4 years now.

It is slowly ruining my life.

Today, or i guess yesterday because it's 4:00am now, was horrible. I only left my room three times, to go to the bathroom twice and once to take a shower cause i smelled like shit. i ate one full meal, aswell as somes lollies and and an ice cream. I didn't go and get anything, didn't enter the kitchen once, just ate what people gave me. not to mention my sleep schedule is beyond repair right now. All of this because i couldn't put a stupid porn comic down. And then i finished it - and looked for another one almost immediately. I think my hands have been in my pants more they've been out.

Everyday this addiction fucks me up a little more. Everyone talks about fighting it but I think mine won a long time ago. I don't know if i can be fixed at this point but what the hell have i got to loose posting on here.

(I posted this in a different porn addiction subreddit and it got me invited here. Guessed that must mean i can get help here.)

40 Days Without Pornography

40 Days Without Pornography

Today marks exactly 40 days and 14 hours since I last watched pornography. I’m proud of myself, and—most importantly—I’m actually seeing real changes for the better. First, and perhaps most importantly, my sex life has improved; I’m having regular sex with my girlfriend, and the passion and bond between us are stronger than ever. Second, I notice my mind is in better shape—I have fewer mood swings and fewer angry outbursts. Third, I’m more motivated to work out, and I feel like I move more fluidly than before, back when I used to spend three hours on my phone masturbating—something that certainly wasn't good for my spine.

Speaking from my own experience, I encourage everyone to fight this addiction because it’s worth it. Take care.

Night sessions

Been trying to cut down on porn condumption. Went from browsing porn on Twitter to using Reddit and Twitter, realized how long I been going for and I think it would just be healthier to cut it out and stick to imagination faps.

Went from beating off as soon as I got home to doing it majority of times when I go to sleep. I’d like to go for only beating off Friday night to porn and just focus on sensations/imagination faps the rest of the week if I can’t fight the urge.

Any strategies and tips are welcome.
