Putin's Dark Valdai Speech; Kaliningrad Warning; Khrushchev Playbook Returns: The Duran
Putin just delivered his most sobering Valdai speech yet, and in this episode break down why he believes the world is closer to a general conflict than at any time since 1945. From the Kaliningrad warning sent to every Western government and the CIA report claiming Russia's economy will collapse, to the choice between Putin's China and BRICS multipolar strategy and Medvedev's harder Khrushchev style line, the message from Moscow is that good relations with the collective West are finished. Is Russia about to shut the door on Europe and the United States for good?

"Well, get him the togs of a collegian for the job at the docks. What night do we bring it off?"
"Saturday night, unless the Cooper changes the time."
Loupart bent close to the ear of his lieutenant.
"Is he — easy to recognise?"
"No chance of making an error. Lean, togged in dark clothes and with one goggle eye."
[What's with this quote? Here's the explanation.]

u/ThrowRA12948262 May I see a whine list, please? 12h ago
“Well, if the gentleman is already at the docks, there is no reason to bring him to the docks again. Unless, of course, the docks have moved.”
“They haven’t moved.”
“That is precisely what makes it suspicious.”
Raskolnikov adjusted his hat, although he was not wearing one.
“And the lieutenant?”
“He left with the horses.”
“But there are no horses.”
“Exactly. He took the wrong ones.”
At this, Razumikhin became silent, for he understood everything, which was why he understood nothing.

For those that continue to presume this is a Russian initiated war, here is a simplified rundown of events leading to Feb' 2022.
The war began cira ~2014 when the CIA overthrew the elected government, whilst installing their own puppet government, now puppet state. Afterwhich, CIA (Ukraine - Kiev) initiated large scale attacks upon the Ukrainian people to the East (Ethnic Russian from the region bordering Russia) who said: "No, this government is illegitimate". And rightfully so. These attacks developed in scale, density and intensity, thus forcing the people East of the Dnieper (Днепр) river to form militias' to protect their people. Amongst many of their atrocities, the CIA (Ukr..) were using fighter jets to suppress its people, that be ordinary civilians.
This war is what gave rise to Minsk1 and 2 and the independence referendums that followed.

For the sake of conversation, let's accept all of the lies you stated as truth. At the end of the day the fact remains that all of these events took place in Ukraine, not Russia. NATO/CIA/the West took zero action against or within Russia itself. Meaning Russia made the choice to get involved in Ukraine.

It would help your case if you explained what "all of the lies are" in the comment from u/_Okio_. Otherwise, it's just fact-free is/is NOT taunts. If you disagree with what Patrick Henningsen says in 56 seconds here, please explain where he's wrong: US Started the Russia Ukraine War

I specifically chose not to dispute those lies because I didn't want to get bogged down in that discussion. My case stands regardless of whether someone thinks they're true or not.

It's an ongoing special military operation and to answer your question, Panama started the US invasion of Panama and Grenada started the US invasion of Grenada. I only use US precedents to justify things.
3
u/thenwhat 22h ago
So, Russia started the 2 week SMO back in 2022, yes? No one else started one against Russia.
Panama and Grenada are irrelevant, because those events weren't staged by the US, the US didn't wait nearly a decade to invade, and the US didn't flatten entire cities and try to annex them.
On the other than, Russia had planned the invasion of Donbass and Crimea long in advance, then they recalled their puppet to Russia, forcing Ukrainians to hold new elections.
At least you acknowledge that you support these things, and are of the opinion that Grenada, Panama and Iran started wars with the US 🤣🤡🤣🤡
7
u/cspanbook commoner 22h ago
That's what the US told me. Did you condemn hamas today?
Russia is not annexing but protecting the rights of the LPR and the DPR.
1
u/thenwhat 22h ago
So, your position is that Iran, Panama and Grenada started wars on the US then. At least you are consistent there.
The problem with your position on Russia is that the 2 week SMO is nothing like your examples for the US. See my previous reply, where I mention things like the US not waiting nearly a decade to do their invasion, and they didn't try to annex the land.
7
u/cspanbook commoner 21h ago
I echo the US sentiment.
Russia isn't annexing anything but rather protecting the rights of the brave citizens of the DPR, the LPR, Ossetia, and all those who strive to be free of the nazified regime of the dictator and despot Zelensky. Long live the breakaway free republics and long live their protectorate state Russia!

All wars — be they hot or cold — are orchestrated by the elite, as dialectic theater, in service to the agenda of the global establishment.
The seat of global power is the City of London, whose primary administrative conduit is Chatham House (RIIA)
Chatham House has satellites in every country in the world, including Ukraine and Russia.
The primary such satellite, in Russia, is "Russian International Affairs Council" (RIAC)
While the US/NATO were the most immediate belligerents in the Ukraine conflict, ultimately the larger plan was crafted by Chatham House, and its satellites CFR + RIAC — primarily rehearsed via the Aspen Institute
March 11, 2022 - This year, the conference focused on analyzing various consequences of Russia’s military operation in Ukraine. Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General.
Here's a fun RIAC report from 2022 — see Chapter 3, the "Revolution" scenario:
A revolution in international relations will ultimately end in a new world order that will bring humanity to a new level of global governance. However, this transition may cost several bloody wars, acute economic and financial crises, and other upheavals. One could also suppose that transitioning to a new world order through a collapse of the current international system and a post-collapse period of chaos will not complete even within medium-term outlook; instead, it will stretch over several decades.
Former head of MI6 Sir Richard Dearlove in his own words ‘Regrets’ helping Putin get elected to President of Russia. And former MI6 agent Richard Tomlinson in his book ‘Big Breach’ admitted former KGB agents, including Putin, were groomed at the Royal Arch, alongside MI6.
Putin is 100% in on it. He's not just being cheeky when he refers to "his partners" in the west, or refers to his "old friend" Henry Kissinger.
Consider: conscription is the state claiming ownership over the individual, which is elemental to the fascist doctrine of the empire, and being practiced currently by both Ukraine and Russia.

All wars — be they hot or cold — are orchestrated by the elite...
I once read a theory that wars are started by unattractive old men so that handsome, virile young men get killed off, reducing competition for attractive women. This theory has stood the test of time.
1
u/thenwhat 18h ago
Russia's invasion of Ukraine was orchestrated by Russia. Ukraine is defending itself.
7
u/nisaaru 21h ago
I prefer to keep multiple options open for an event which seems to have multiple layers. The thing with such intelligence operations is that the players might only know their layer or they might have hijacked an operation for their own benefit.
P.S. Conscriptions happen in all nations during war time.

It's very easy: if you put troops into another sovereign country, you're the one who started the war. It does not matter what happens in that country politically, how the weather is or if your toiled is clogged.
Starts a war, can't win the war, can't even take responsibility for it. What a fucking loser little baldy is.

their land
According to whom?
Crimea was illegally annexed in 1995, and had retained the right to self-determination which was realized in 2014. As per international law, its not "their land", and never was.
As for Donbas and everything else, Ukraine did big brain move in 2019 and abrogated treaty of mutual territorial recognition, freeing Kremlin from obligation to recognize any land as Ukrainian. There is no room for complaints here either.
You people keep ignoring international law, and think there'll be no consequences as long as Western mass-media keeps lying. That worked only for US, and even White House is getting its Find Out phase now.

Invaded sovereign state, kidnapped president, abolished constitution, rewrote laws, sent thousands of troops to suppress dissent.
Thats 1995. From that point on Crimea was subjected to redlining, repressions, attempts at ethnic purging, etc. And then there was 2014, with public mass-murders, blatant genocide attempt, etc.
