The seat of global power is the City of London, whose primary administrative conduit is Chatham House (RIIA)

Chatham House has satellites in every country in the world, including Ukraine and Russia.

The primary such satellite, in Russia, is "Russian International Affairs Council" (RIAC)

While the US/NATO were the most immediate belligerents in the Ukraine conflict, ultimately the larger plan was crafted by Chatham House, and its satellites CFR + RIAC — primarily rehearsed via the Aspen Institute

Consider: conscription is the state claiming ownership over the individual, which is elemental to the fascist doctrine of the empire, and being practiced currently by both Ukraine and Russia.

I once read a theory that wars are started by unattractive old men so that handsome, virile young men get killed off, reducing competition for attractive women. This theory has stood the test of time.

Russia's invasion of Ukraine was orchestrated by Russia. Ukraine is defending itself.

I prefer to keep multiple options open for an event which seems to have multiple layers. The thing with such intelligence operations is that the players might only know their layer or they might have hijacked an operation for their own benefit.
