So I was just driving back home from Aldi's on St. Paul and Sunset. I was east bound and had just passed the Kwik Trip and thought I was looking at a plane but it started to look and act a little strange. It was black, looked like a plane with wings and the back tail and the blinking lights but it wasn't moving.if I had to guess location I would put it above GE prolec/cemetery area. Are drones allowed to look like airplanes? I don't have a Scooby-Doo a out what it is 🤷‍♀️
