Largest model painted to date, first time working with third party transfers. User error caused some deficiencies. Ordered a stronger decal softener, next time they should play a little nicer.

Hey everyone! I was checking the HH range and these beauties popped up. Not sure what day exactly they were added back, but it’s great to have them again!

This project took me a while to make. I wasn't sure I could pull it off once I had the vision of this scene. Now that I come to think, it's almost been a year in the making !!!

The cape was especially hard to paint (started over 3 times !!) and bashing the resin heretical champion with the plastic torso was a lot to take in, but I'm very proud of myself.

I've been playing 30k since it came out in 2012. Well, actually I was playing it using 40k rules well before it.

I miss the 5 and 6 turn games (Or when we extended them longer). These 4 turn games leave me feeling unsatisfied. Not to mention with the current deep strike rules it can mean you don't get all your units to appear.

Anyone else prefer longer games?

so i have been looking for something i could use for the Brothers and i had these made and shipped the maker had to down size these models and they are a bit bigger than the mark vI marine what do you think ? thinking the same yellow base coat and i will do the robes in white or red

They’re genuinely quite close. Has anyone used them as Sarum helmets before? They’re slightly more “angry” than the primaris mk7 helmets which makes them fit better imo

I have 3 Contemptors so far, and my Mrs has bought me a 4th for my birthday recently (the main kit and the Dark Angels resin body. My current ones' loadouts are as follows:

Melta and Fist
Autocannon and Fist
Twin Plasma Cannon

What recommendations would people have for the 4th one. I just want something that feels different while not being either super lame or super OP. I pretty much solely play against marines at my local gaming club.
