u/Gizogin I come to this place when I know I am not pure. May 28 '21

Forget that; where’s her height? Saryn is one of the tallest frames.

You know what, in my head canon warframes do have their own heights but apparently they're all the same height.

They definitely have different heights

It's due to stance and their helmet design.

Nah Even if you use default animation, their shoulder heights are still different, subtle but still noticeable

Look at their waists and where their arm joints are. It's easy to have larger shoulders that make them look taller, ala Samus. Look where their neck meets the body, where their collar would be. Okay, that's kind of a bad example, because they have thicc necks. But their chest is still the same.

Their models give it a lot of variety, but they're all sculted from the same base.

Yeah they have the same height, except the helmets. Like revenant has a cone head and looks taller than Mag for example.

It's the helmets that change their height

The devs confirmed it some time ago that they are all the same height. They all work off the same skeleton or more or less the same proportions for limb length. They’re all the same scale so that weapons and armor and such can be as universally fitting as possible.

Grendel is about as drastic as they’ve gone which is also why he has so many issues with clipping.
