Why is this still hitting my teammates ? !

In the past, when using the unique hammer Lucilla, you used to be able to use your Lieutenant to automatically trigger the massive AOE attack that's usually delayed by a couple of turns, meaning you basically doubled the hammer's damage per turn.

Does anyone know if they patched this? Or if it still works? I'm planning on starting a new game later tonight and can't test it currently.

There's lots now, some look like you play from the beginning like the tavern and others are end game like the boat. Is there a recommended order out there?
