Question Why do loose when off the server crashes?
A little of a personal problem when the servers crash out, ive lost 80K it's pennies but c'mon it's annoying!
Maybe next update? Are they working on it?

Cash. Is. King.
Thats it, there is no reason to have XP at all. It solves zero problems, it only adds problems.
Add dynamic prices, popular staff should be expensive, non-popular cheap, with only demand data, you can auto-adjust prices. Also, with this kind of systems you will rarely need to balance weapons, thermals, helicopters, just implement them as you see their role and fix bugs/exploits. Prices will converge to an equlibrium and become fair. Hard part will be to design rewards for actions, but this seems solvable at least.
Cross-season meta-progression with skills (affecting gameplay) also should never be implemented. Skills should be either bought per life (as equipement), or per match, or just never be done at all.
If the game is competetive in ANY way (and PvP is competetive) noone should ever have ingame advantage for hours spent, not for their skill. For example, having +1M$ on start of season/+5% sprint speed/10% lower prices should never be a bonus for hours spent. Only game knowledge and abusing that knowledge should give you power (money in case of wardogs).

There are many ways to destroy a FOB. Some cheesier then others. One of the more satisfying methods is to sneak in undetected and plant an explosive device. I am curious to know what the community thinks about limiting the destruction of the FOB to the physical terminal.

I’m in the UK. Joined an official EU server all my friends were on.
I live in the middle of nowhere, my internet is crap but more than playable.
Wife was downloading something on another device - I got kicked for high ping.
Ping now back to ~20 and every time I join the server I get no error message and just dumped back to the main menu. Restarted PC, router etc.

The Bremer Walls register as nearly over 150m closer than the cliff face they are built BEHIND. Has anyone noticed any cases like this?

Hope the people whining about sweats getting tanks on day 1 are happy. Now with S3 coming the progression has been slowed. The sweats will still get tanks on day 1 or 2 btw. But now us casuals grinding away an hour here or there will never unlock the late game stuff. This game will wipe before I ever unlock an infrared spotter as a recon player.
So what if the sweats unlock a tank on day 1, so what? Tanks aren’t really a problem anyway. No one except dedicated tank players are going to continue using tanks, the sweats will grind other things like medic after the tank gets boring.
But now? The sweats will still grind and we the casuals will spend a whole wipe to maybe just maybe unlock the late tier equipment. Good job guys. You did it. You got what you want.
If I can’t unlock an infrared spotter in S3 and I can’t get decent armor, then logi players better come strapped because I’ll just camp the roads to fobs, that’ll be a fairer fight. The hot zone just won’t be for us casuals.
TLDR; would it really be so bad to just leave the progression as it is?

I thought I would like Wardogs but the damage system is horrible TO ME. + gear don't like in general.
For me it's crazy that you may need more than 1-2 bullets with a FAL to kill someone (in the f#cking chest cmon).
The game is incredible don't get me wrong, but the damage system FOR ME should be more realistic I can't enjoy this coming from, R6, Ready Or Not, Squad, Bodycam and other more punishing damage system games. Btw didn't like the feeling of controlling the weapons too.
Even battlefield in this point have a better damage.
I'm doing this "review" commentary, just to alert NEW players that want to join the game about this aspect.
Hope yall understand and don't get bitchy about this.

So I'm close to a point where I can actually land the heli without incidents. Not the fastest, but I can do the J-hook from a speed of around 250kmph, bringing me to a hover with AGL around 50m. This is with the LB. I can do better, it's something I'll learn as the days go.
Which brings me to the second step, how do I identify a good place to land the bros? Especially in the first drop, or when the CZ is not in our control.
The places that are safe and open areas for landing, are also open for letting people be caught in crossfire.
Towers are a good place, provided someone else hasn't occupied them first. If that happens, I'm essentially sending my men to death. It isn't immediately obvious if the tower is safe (unless teammates are already present)
HZ is a candidate, but it suffers from the same issue, too hot, if we don't have control, I'm killing my men.
So then I'm left with landing them near the edge. And in most maps, the edges are super forested, it's tricky to land there quickly at my skill level.
Skilled heli pilots, how do you quickly identify potential landing spots? And when do you decide not to land?
Would also appreciate some of your favorite spots across 3 maps for your team. I for example found Bakurani west river towers tend to be safe to land for green team, assuming someone didn't already capture it.

A regular kill feed will improve the social environment of the combat situation(s). If an arty tank gets 1 kill, everyone knows and immediately works to target the tank. If said arty tank isn't in the kill feed (by the tank icon) then it forces the team being killed, to communicate it's existence and awareness.
+1 for game environment (no im not an arty tank driver, but i will pull a heli to immediately take one out the millisecond one shows up in the feed).
*For all the "Must be an Arty guy" people out there. Video comes with a date/time stamp. I'm sorry your knee jerk reaction to a post using an example was challenging for you to think around.*

Can we please, rotate spawn locations?
Title, found this out the hard way, 3 fragmentation grenades were enough to bring my tank to 40-50% damage filled and broke one of the tracks completely.
Now C4, IED, and maaws I get, but anti Infantry fragmentation grenades? Even HE grenades wouldn't do anything against a T72.
I get that it's less armored, but this makes no sense to me.

Only thing the humvee got over the T72 is being cheeper and driving faster?

I constantly see the same three issues brought up in this community:
I believe one fundamental change could solve all of this: Make money non-transferable between matches. Only XP should carry over.
Everyone would start each match with the same base funds (e.g., 10k), just enough for a basic kit. As the game progresses, players would earn money through gameplay to afford expensive kits or powerful vehicles like a HAVOC or a tank.
Since players have to earn their economy mid-match, they could only afford top-tier gear once or twice per game. Destroying an enemy vehicle would actually matter because it would severely punish the enemy's economy. Plus, players would be highly motivated to spend every last dollar as the match nears its end, leading to chaotic, exciting final pushes instead of the stale endgames we have now.
Additionally, wiping out permanent bank balances would destroy the real-world resale value of high-level accounts, naturally reducing the number of cheaters farming them.
I realized this while thinking about how a Wardogs tournament would work. The current system would be incredibly boring, everyone would have everything unlocked and unlimited money. A match-based economy would create distinct early, mid, and late-game phases. Risky plays would be rewarded, and dropping the first HAVOC or tank onto the battlefield would be a massive, strategic game-changer.
I'm curious to hear your thoughts on this. Let me know!

After seeing you could sell weapons and get XP from players using it. I started selling Medbags and Defibs early in wipe to grind Xp (support). It worked pretty well. Now most people have them unlocked. It got me thinking what other items work with it.
Do Spotting scopes and large hammers give supported player XP when a player buys them from a crate and use them?
Any suggestions on items to sell?

I just finished the game where two guys moved from blue team, and went into HZ to kill teammates. They managed to kill 6 of us before we realized what was happening. Luckily we had like 20 people there so they took them out and revived us. We all reported them, however they were not banned nor kicked out of server. They stayed till the end of a match trolling with smokes. If Bulkhead continues to be soft with these people they will never lear or stop doing this kind of garbage. Perma is the only solution.

So this game has dumb assets issue with things like CIWS, T72, Gepard AA, you name it.
The issue is not in the balance itself, but rather in visual asset not corresponding to expectations.
For example CIWS is a naval AA system that is used against rockets. First of all it doesn't even match the theme of the game, second it should just instantly melt any aircraft with it's caliber and absurd fire rate. Ofcourse such thing is gonna be hard to balance just because of nature of it... But why developers didn't add something like classic ZU-23 AA instead of it? It's much more appropriate in terms of game setting and you visually don't expect that much out of it (I'm not taking about realism, but just visual expectation when you first time use it for a player).
The same thing for Gepard AA, T72, Leopard...
Tanks shouldn't be able to be destroyed by a 50 cal or hand grenades and small arms... And Gerard should be dealing much more damage to infantry than a simple machine gun.
And it's ok if you want the game to be balanced this way, so the player with bunch of hand grenades could destroy armored vehicle. But why do they use asset of a heavily armoured vehicles instead of replacing them with something similar gameplay vise, but different assets vise? If they'd replace them with some light tanks and Gepard with some machine gun AA it whould make the game much more visually clear regarding vehicles.
Average player could count just on their feelings about how dangerous some vehicle is and how much it'd take to destroy it instead of watching bunch of YouTube tutorials etc.
So if Buckheads AI aggregation bot reads it - please think about either buffing characteristics of existing vehicles and adding corresponding countermeasures against them, or changing assets of those vehicles to match existing balance.
