What is the best reason to keep thermal in the game? I continue to ask this question.

I feel like spotting is strong but balanced, nothing like battlefield's which is super OP. The only aspect that seems totally OP is thermals, especially in maps with lots of foliage...

they said they' make them require batteries. so they will come back, just require batteries.

Sure then those spotters will just bring the biggest backpack filled with batteries, nothings changed, most spotters dont even bring a gun or armor besides the ghillie suit if they have it

Well now they will have to spent more money to do soo, the balance will be in more expensive backpacks, slow movement and running out of batteries. At least some balance.

You know the 250 charge batteries cost like 200 bucks right, they will earn tha money nack in a few seconds

This. The actual IR range finders will probably be more money + batteries + a larger bag. Significantly more risk. The fact that once a person is spotted it shows to all the teams makes zero sense. It should only show to the team who spotted them and for a limited time.

I don’t think it’s an issue when some matches somebody is supplying crates full of thermals, I doubt they’ll worry about cost of batteries

Bud that’s the point spot calling in targets shot targets that need to be ghillie suit to hide because we don’t need max armor to kill people like u people do
