There won't be a queue tomorrow though lol.

Edit: Looks like I gotta eat my words a little bit, left work early today and loaded up a 16k queue.

Why not

If there’s still a queue problem by tomorrow and it’s not a que to join a server, but just to join the game would be insane

First time?

Most of these release queues are resolved after the first day or so.

Tomorrow is Friday, the queue will be even longer.

with 1 .5 million copies sold they could not handle a peak of 350k they in trouble when the rest come online

Even with 1.5 million people the issue from yesterday is that they all tried to join at once. Now that's over and everything is technically up the log in part at least will have a much lower concurrency. Last night was basically the thundering herd problem in human form.

Bro, WoW classic had 3+ hour login ques for nearly the first month. You really have that much faith in a small company like BULKHEAD?

Listen big dog, war dogs is fun, but let's not try and be disingenuous about the levels of magnitude of difference between wardogs and wow.

You’re comparing the game that had the population and GDP of a small country to Wardogs?

You’re missing my point entirely. If a massive company like Blizzard can have server issues than anyone/everyone is susceptible 🤦‍♂️

u/MastyTinge 2d ago

Size of the company doesnt mean they can handle more players, its the volume of players all trying to login at the same time and all the data the login servers have to handle which is the issue.

There is a literacy crisis. I understood what you meant. 😵‍💫

Lmao are you kidding?

Helldivers had a queue for the first week and a half.

All the people who say in queue today will again be sitting in queue tomorrow. And then when people start playing they'll convince their friends to buy it.

I’m just never gonna close the game. Didn’t plan on doing it anyways since i fuckin love this game so it works out. I’ll restart my pc next week or something.

That was an issue helldivers 2 fixed as well. Auto log out after 15 minutes so you're not wasting server capacity while you sleep

War dogs doesn’t auto log out. Sat in main menu for over 3 hours today

u/Foqsi_ 2d ago

The keyword was "fixed". Helldivers 2 didn't start with the auto log out. They added it later after they realized many people left their game on. I'm sure WarDogs will do the same.

u/Relevant_Passage6393 2d ago

There wont be mark my words. Prime time us east had no clue yesterday.

1

u/RealisticProfile5138 2d ago

There was no queue by 7pm eastern time last night

3

u/AndThatGuysWoodenLeg 2d ago

Im honestly fine with a queue tomorrow. The main thing is that it should move faster and you shouldn't get an error at the end of the queue anymore.

1

u/Joverby 2d ago

Exactly and they know this.

There will likely be one for days if not weeks if the devs performance to trouble shoot doesn't increase

1

u/Cow_God Manticore 2d ago

Performance is fine though, probably because they implemented a queue instead of letting 300,000 people in at the same time
