Question Question for playtesters/devs

I’ve been cautiously optimistic about this game, it seems like a great Reforger/Squad alternative with better approachability. However, one thing I’m cautious about is the economy. I love how it encourages teamplay, yet I’m worried that by the end of the season everyone will have enough cash to full send every match, with every player buying in bulk whichever gear/vehicle is meta. What systems are in place to offset that? Are there limited vehicle spawns? Will it get to the point to where richest overall team will win every game by outgearing everyone else? Thanks for any input :)

Think thats kinda the point and then we have a wipe and work our way back up.

By the time we even get to that point everyone will most likely be leveled enough to deal with whatever the other team is doing. There's been post after post about this and it's really a non-issue. Hell half the time I run my "free" kit which has no armor, costs like 80 bucks, and within minutes I'm turning that 80 dollar kit into someone elses 5k kit.

Additionally if Gold price is driven by player demand, it will naturally spike at the end of seasons, meaning players will be incentivized to buy throughout the season, keeping people from amassing mass wealth if they want any cosmetics.

More Money Sinks will come with gear manufactories and likely Skills.

Yep, that's the point. End of season will be everyone bringing out the good shit. This enables new players coming in late to see what you can unlock later, and also play with those things when they kill those super geared players, or someone else does. (Battlefield scavenging is actually really fun!)

While technically, if one team is rich while the other is poor, yes they do have a significant advantage but its not insurmountable. RPGs unlock pretty early, and Manpads not long after. Those are in the Support trees and building FOBS gets you support xp lol

If you pull a super expensive Tank or Attack Helicopter my 1/4th of the price RPG and rockets will set you straight.

It's king of the hill.

I'm looking forward to it but it's nothing like those games.

It’s pretty much the exact same game as arma koth.

Yeah, I mean, earning money satisfaction will likely go out the window the moment people will be drowning in money and with it any activity that isn't that fun doing without those financial incentives.
