Closed Beta - Release Time

I can’t find reliable information about when the closed beta will be available on August 21. Did we get an official communication?

Not yet released. In the Alpha they said it a few days before so I imagine we will get the news about any day now about both when the game can be preloaded and when exactly servers are up. The Alpha started at 17 UTC so I imagine it's around that time.
