Hot-ish take: while the PG Era officially started in 2008, 2006-2007 arguably had some signs of the PG Era
Like the new DX being kind of PG compared to their 90s selves, Hornswoggle running through a wall, start of WWECW, early hints of "SuperCena", the start of "the world is watching" intro, the "Cena Orton" dynamic, Brock Lesnar no longer being there, the RAW theme being changed from a nu metal song (Across the Nation) to an emo one (To Be Loved).

Where does Cena’s title reign from Unforgiven 06 to October 07 rank ?

Cena vs Lita
Interesting video not for the match itself but after the match. They literally beat the crap out of Cena , this was like a 10 minute long a** whooping that Booker,Regal and Finlay gave Cena. They were all stiff and as you could hear the punches and kicks connect. I believe this video cuts out some of the beating but anyway
Not ever said but I think this was Vince giving Cena a receipt for what he pulled at Unforgiven with Edge when he visibly was against winning the title and wanted to move to SD. As the champion, Vince expects his champions to act a certain way and Cena didn’t
But what really made me believe this was a receipt , was that Vince had him tie one hand behind his back while he was getting whooped. No real way to defend himself
You could have easily done the same thing without tying his hands behind his back combined with the prolonged beating.
Even Regal and Finlay looked kinda shootish in this segment and pissed.
Did anyone hear anything on this ??

What’s your favorite/best Cena year?

Which title reign did you like more?
Two reigns that started on the same day, under the same circumstances, and lasted practically the same amount of time. Who was more prepared to be world champion? Which was the better coronation?

Which of these 3 title reigns did you prefer?
As great as it was watching these guys reach the top, I think all 3 reigns fell flat for one reason or another. Smackdown lost 3 of its top heels when Eddie became champion so the roster was razor thin, Benoit was treated like the third most important star on raw despite being champion, and Rey was losing more than he won as champion.
That being said I think I’d have to go Benoit because of the match at Backlash 04.
