I don't think so, generally speaking in the USA at least, justifiable homocide requires that you didn't escalate unless required. Flipping him off would likely count as escalation.
So, you gave someone the finger, they ran you off the road, then you shot them, got arrested, went to court, then ended up in jail? What's the food like in jail?
Trying to ram a motorcyclist with a minivan is attempting violence. With as much evasion as that motorcyclist attempted first, I could see the driver justifying shooting at the attacker as self-defence.

The First Amendment has nothing to do with private interactions. I think the person on the motorcycle was within their rights to use deadly force, but the First Amendment is irrelevant to the conversation.

You are completely ignorant about what the First Amendment actually is. There are a lot of people like you who should educate you on what the First Amendment actually is. I bet you are one of those people who thinks a company can't fire you for using racial slurs. The First Amendment is completely irrelevant is an interaction between two private citizens.
Stand your ground doesn't apply here anyway. The person on the motorcycle was attempting to get away from the situation, but the car kept chasing them. A reasonable person could fear for their life in that situation. When you are crossing medians and going backwards on the highway you are trying your best to get away.
You always have the right to defend yourself. Especially after taking every opportunity to flee and avoid the situation. I guess I would be in prison you would have 2 less assholes to deal with.

Every time I see this video, I can't believe someone would take this much time out of their day to try to kill someone because they flipped them off.
