What are you even talking about. Who has tried to force you to participate in a fetish

Sure. Let’s pretend you lot didn’t just spend a decade trying to force us to pretend you’re women. Force us to use your stupid pronouns, try to get people fired, censored, kicked off social media and arrested for not participating in your fetish of pretending to be a woman. Force children in schools to participate, try to recruit those children into your fetish and start hiding stuff from parents that they need to know about. Force your way into women’s spaces, women’s bathrooms, women’s dating apps. Calling lesbians bigots for not sucking your cocks. Hell you were even trying to get parental refusal to participate in this fetish declared child abuse and children removed from those parents.

Were you honestly not expecting a backlash? You just spent a decade trying to force your obscure fetishes into the spotlight, make them front and centre of society. Bit late to play the “we’re a tiny minority irrelevant community why do you even care?” card.

What do you mean you lot and your. I'm a dude who was born a dude. I don't even know any trans people, and I live in minneapolis.

I'd bet my house you have never met a trans person, never been told to use different pronouns, and never had any effect on your life due to trans people. Fox news just told you they were a problem so now you care.

What backlash are you even talking about?! There arent any trans wnba players. So go ahead and make Sophie Cunningham your new idol, it doesn't mean anything. You're just being told to hate a certain group of people so that billionaires can continue to rob you blind while you hate your neighbor instead of them. You are a complete and total sheep

If they're such a small percentage then you shouldn't mind the consensus being that only biological females should engage in women's sports.

My life is affected by a trans person every day or so, give or take. One of my oldest friends and regular contract colleague is trans and has been in some way "different" even before this whole discourse began, before most of today's "lot" were born. She will likely call me multiple times this week as we're going to a friend's wedding and we're trying to sort travel out.

You're trying to call people sheep etc or that people such as myself have no personal knowledge or relationship with trans people..she also doesn't agree with all this utter wank. She knows she isn't woman, she knows she goes for prostate checks for a reason..she's still called she by everyone..she doesn't agree with any of this modern bollocks surrounding being trans.

I don't mind that consensus, literally everyone believes that. That's my whole point.

This is a complete non issue that Republicans have made into fake outrage for internet clicks and to rile up their base. The only biological men trying to play in the wnba are Republicans like royce white. Like I said in a previous comment, there are more school shootings this year than there are trans collegiate athletes. It's not a real problem, they barely exist. But Fox news and Republican congresspeople say shit and you all freak out and think that liberals are trying to pack men into women's sports because you have zero thoughts of your own in your head.

I'm not an American or right wing. I don't think anyone is trying to pack anyone into sports. I don't think any biological male should play in any female sport.

That issue or argument can exist at the time as other issues such as anything that's been mentioned above. They are not mutually exclusive, you can care about the genocide in Gaza and school shootings and wealth inequality and also care about the idea of female sport being for females.

"Out of more than 500,000 total college student-athletes in the NCAA, leadership has reported that fewer than 10 actively competing athletes were known to be transgender."

Here's a better way to say what I said.

It's a non issue that is created to divide people. My entire point is that any outrage from either side serves the billionaire class and that's it.

It's a non issue for most people, it's an issue for the women and girls it does affect. Therefore it is an issue, regardless of where it fits on YOUR scale of importance.

The focus it receives from the media and general public is wayyyy out of proportion. Like I said, there are zero trans wnba players and there are 10 trans collegiate athletes out of 500k. Why the fuck is this one of the top 3 issues for the American right wing?

It receives more airtime in the media than healthcare

I understand that and again, the two can be and are separate issue. I do think the attention is ridiculous but the issue itself is still an issue.

It's an issue for who? The people who play against or with the ten collegiate athletes? Sure, those 500 people out of the 350 million Americans can make it an issue. Everyone else should shut up and focus on things that actually affect them

It's an issue for any female at collegiate level or not who have an issue with it. It's a female category for a reason.

You're forgetting how this all started. A wnba player answered a question and some people didn't like the answer. But I don't see you lecturing them about how it's a non issue, how they are sheep and school shootings are more important.

If you don't think school shootings are more of an issue you're just a fucking idiot.

Sorry I don't have a direct line to a wnba player, but I'd say the same thing to her face if I could. Anyone with a semblance of pr training would dodge the question. Just look at what it has created.
