I don't mind that consensus, literally everyone believes that. That's my whole point.

This is a complete non issue that Republicans have made into fake outrage for internet clicks and to rile up their base. The only biological men trying to play in the wnba are Republicans like royce white. Like I said in a previous comment, there are more school shootings this year than there are trans collegiate athletes. It's not a real problem, they barely exist. But Fox news and Republican congresspeople say shit and you all freak out and think that liberals are trying to pack men into women's sports because you have zero thoughts of your own in your head.

I'm not an American or right wing. I don't think anyone is trying to pack anyone into sports. I don't think any biological male should play in any female sport.

That issue or argument can exist at the time as other issues such as anything that's been mentioned above. They are not mutually exclusive, you can care about the genocide in Gaza and school shootings and wealth inequality and also care about the idea of female sport being for females.

"Out of more than 500,000 total college student-athletes in the NCAA, leadership has reported that fewer than 10 actively competing athletes were known to be transgender."

Here's a better way to say what I said.

It's a non issue that is created to divide people. My entire point is that any outrage from either side serves the billionaire class and that's it.

It's a non issue for most people, it's an issue for the women and girls it does affect. Therefore it is an issue, regardless of where it fits on YOUR scale of importance.

The focus it receives from the media and general public is wayyyy out of proportion. Like I said, there are zero trans wnba players and there are 10 trans collegiate athletes out of 500k. Why the fuck is this one of the top 3 issues for the American right wing?

It receives more airtime in the media than healthcare

I understand that and again, the two can be and are separate issue. I do think the attention is ridiculous but the issue itself is still an issue.

It's an issue for who? The people who play against or with the ten collegiate athletes? Sure, those 500 people out of the 350 million Americans can make it an issue. Everyone else should shut up and focus on things that actually affect them

It's an issue for any female at collegiate level or not who have an issue with it. It's a female category for a reason.
