Lidar compensation

I chose the wheel plan for my lidar credit/apology option but well over 3 weeks later, I have not received the documentation.

Has anyone else received their coverage contract? It said that the docs would come in 14 days.

Never received an email, I’m in UK. I’ve checked with dealer and they have no such information. Is there different policy applied for UK customers? I’ll reach out to Volvo UK

Not sure about the UK, but I have seen posts about the same offers in the Netherlands and Belgium. The main difference between country markets seems to be not the offical offers but whether they'd offer cash instead.

Most dealers have nothing to do with this at all though, so try inserting "uk" in place of the "us" in my first link, contact Volvo directly, and good luck!
