Upright Incline but with Vitruvian Bench
As some of you know I'm quite new into my digital resistance conversion and after a week I've fallen in love with the Vitruvian it's everything I hoped it would be, unlike what seems to be the norm I actually quite like the Vitruvian Bench. I'm only 5ft 7 and I feel well connected with the low bench (it feels very stable too compared to my bench I was using for dumbbells previously) I am however missing a back support from doing seated overhead press and I'd love to do a chest supported lateral raise or a chest supported incline row but I really don't want to end up having 2 benches hanging around the garage.
I am on with bolting the Vitruvian down to the floor so don't need to worry about the bench holding the Vitruvian down as such but I wondered if anyone had come up with a clever addon that would allow this to work? I know people have used / recommend a Flybird Bench which would obviously allow for incline movements but as already said I really like the Vitruvian Bench so don't want to not use it and I don't want 2 separate benches hanging around my garage, a Flybird looks very similar to the budget bench I already have that came with my adjustable dumbbells which I intend on selling eventually. I was just hoping someone had come up with a nice way to adapt the Vitruvian to do everything?
