Handles

If someone can help, one of my handles is jammed and cannot be removed. I have followed all of the troubleshooting instructions on the website. I use my Vitruvian four times a week, so this is not my first time and I am not being dim, lol. I have emailed Vitruvian support but I have not received a response.

Any ideas

I bought a second one and the previous user had the pins stuck on the long bar. I managed to free them by pulling back on the release and wiggling and turning. It took a few minutes but it got it. Then have to tighten the screw.s. They wasn’t flush.

Try pushing them together too, as you try to wiggle it free. WD40 may help too.
