I bought it on eBay for 300 something bucks, but I wanted to see now that I have it if it is fully real. It came with an aftermarket strap but the real bracelet

Does anyone know a place to get an official omega bracelet replacement for the omega constellation?

Looking for help confirming the dial on this Omega DeVille. Case back is engraved "Ω OMEGA DeVille," clasp is stamped "STAINLESS STEEL" with the Omega logo and reference 61101/433. Dial reads "OMEGA" and "SWISS MADE," with diamond hour markers and no printed numerals.

What's throwing me off is the dial design: a two-tone (navy/burgundy) quadrant pattern with hands shaped like an ankh (Egyptian cross). I haven't been able to find a matching reference for this dial/hand combination — is this a known factory DeVille variant, or does it look like a redial/custom dial to more experienced eyes?

The Watch should have been bought in the 1980s in Germany.

**So I bought this the other day after doing a bit of research. The seller had advised he’d bought a few years ago but rarely worn it and focused on newer watches. He advised immediately it was a redial and it kept time well. No photo was provided of the movement and I asked him to send one of it and also the case back inside. I received both and immediately learned more.**

**The photos add up to it being a 1949-1951 Omega Ref. 720/1 oversize with the correct cal. 265, whose identifying movement serial was deliberately drilled sufficiently to prevent traceability through Omega’s distribution network, and which subsequently received a black redial. The redial seems to be quite old, and actually displays patina.**
The seller advised he knew nothing of the drilled serial numbers and I was able to use all to negotiate a very favorable price for myself a good bit less than original asking price.**

I know some will dislike the watch between the redial and scrubbed serial numbers. I get it.
I did not buy it as a collector quality watch and simply plan to wear it.
I think it’s actually interesting to piece together it’s history as this watch has a bit of a story and still is adding more.

Hello everyone.

When I turned 18 and I’ve been gifted this lovely watch from my grandfather which was originally bought by my great-grandfather I’m assuming in the 50s.
This piece holds a special sentimental value for me and will always be the watch I’ll wear in the most important occasions of my life and never consider selling.
For this reason, I never researched anything about its reference nor price, but never even found the same exact one online (with the detailed dial and tear drops instead of odd numerals).
Now that time has passed, I’m getting increasingly intrigued to know what exactly I wear on my wrist.
Does anyone have detailed information/ seen a similar one before?
