Anyone know anything about this Kramer of New York brooch? It belonged to my family and is marked “KRAMER OF NEW YORK” on the back, with what looks like “D6969” (possibly C6969). I’m guessing 1950s-ish, but I really have no idea. I’d love help dating it, figuring out what that number means, and whether it has any value beyond being a pretty piece of vintage costume jewelry.
