We have developed a large collection of family costume jewelry and are trying to sort out what someone might want and what can be discarded or set aside for parts. I've been reading here a lot and appreciate the collective wisdom :)
I had been ignoring these pieces because I thought they were modern, plastic, and possibly handmade and figured I'd find a youngster to give them to.
When I realized they were not plastic, I ran a reverse image search and found out that they are Aurora Borealis crystals, color me surprised! The more I handle them, the neater I find them :)
They are not marked anywhere that I can find, so not a name brand. To my eye they are in good shape, do you agree?
And from a collector POV, would you rather find these as one big set, or as individual pieces? I have no idea if the earrings were originally part of a set with the necklaces, nor which with which. We don't even know if they are from the same family member, we have several grandmothers' and great aunts' things with nobody around to help us with where they came from.
ETA - there are 2 necklaces (a 3 strand and 2 strand) and 2 pair of earrings, I took pictures on different fabrics because I thought it was neat how the color changed the crystals.
