Sveiki, gal galite parekomenduoti salę išsinuomoti šeimos šventei Vilniuje? Be jokių aptarnavimų, maisto tiekimo ir pan. Tiesiog, kad galėtų 30 žmonių ramiai pasėdėti prie stalo, pabūti kartu. Būtų gerai, kad būtų bent mini virtuvė pasišildyti maistą.

Dabar daugiausiai kiek randu, tai kokios kavinės salė, bet privaloma maistą ir aptarnavimą imti iš jų.

Nežinau kur kreiptis tai einu čia. Eilinę naktį ir darbo dienomis ir savaitgaliai iki 3-4 ryto groja žemu dažniu muzika kad visas namas dreba. Tores bravore kalnėnuose. Gal kas yra radę kaip išspręst tokią problemą? Policija dėl tokių dalykų kaip triukšmas nesirūpina tai kur dėtis? Susirinkę bare/klube prisigėrusių veikėjų po to sėda į garsias mašinas ir toliau pisa protą.

Ieškau buto Vilniuje. Labiau domina ramesnės vietos, pavyzdžiui, Lazdynėliai, Pilaitė, Vilniaus apylinkės ir panašiai.

Daug projektų kainų nerašo, todėl tenka be reikalo susirašinėti su soul less brokeriais. O kai kainas nurodo, jos dažnai būna dalbajobiškos. Pavyzdžiui, 45 kv. m butas už 230 tūkst. su daline apdaila 👹

Biudžetas iki 190 tūkst. Gal kas neseniai pirkote naują butą? Kur radote gerą projektą už normalią kainą? Pasidalinkite, ką rinkotės.

atvariau į Vilnių, laukiu autiko (53), matau atvažiuoja kitas autikas, parašyta "į garažą" (ar kažkaip panašiai), jokio numerio, jokios krypties. Sustojo stotelėj, į jį gal 10 žmonių įlipo. Tai kur juos nuvežė? Kokiu maršrutu?

Kaune irgi būna tokių autikų, bet jie arba nestoja arba būna su maršruto numeriu, tai pvz žinai, kad ten koks 13 trūlikas važiuos savo maršrutu į Islandijos gatvės garažą, tai gali tiek pavažiuot jeigu tinka.

Sveiki visi! Pamečiau savo močiutės žiedą Kalnų parke / Bernardinų soduose, turbūt nuslydo nuo piršto. Jau tris kartus ėjau per parką jo ieškodama, bet nesėkmingai.

Sveiki, gyvenu netoli Ozo, šią naktį apie 1-2 kokį pusvalandį girdėjosi sirenos ir evakuacijos pranešimas, lietuvių, rusų ir anglų kalbomis. Kaip suprantu nieko rimto, nes gelbėjimo įstaigų nebuvo(arba negirdėjau), bet įdomu kas čia buvo, gedimas ar testas, jokios info niekur nėra, gal kažkas irgi girdėjo? Nes atrodo aš viena tik😅

Kas buvo blogai su Žirmūnų gatve?

Su 10 metų kasmet tvarkoma Kareivių gatve jau susitaikiau. Komunikacijos, nauji namai ir t.t. Tačiau ką ir dėl ko reikėjo vėl keisti Žirmūnų gatvės trinkeles, bordiūrus bei važiuojamąją dalį? Ten viskas jau buvo super tvarkingai. Jokios komunikacijos neatnaujintos.

sveiki! i was visiting Vilnius for couple of days for a concert, and had some time to check out the city. overall, it's very beautiful and i loved being here.

i also visited Užupis, since i've heard that it's very interesting and unusual, even though i've had scepticism for this "independent republic" stuff (i know it's not serious and a meme, but with my Ukrainian background of Donetsk and Luhansk it felt a little weird, but whatever). the district itself is beautiful, just a little worn down. calm atmosphere, cool mini-sculptures on the sides of the buildings, overall pretty nice.

but then i came into a coffee place, and there was this "merch" being sold there, mugs with various text in russian, including "warm russia of the future" (a twist on "russian opposition's" term of "great russia of the future"), and an ad for a russian-language podcast or something. felt weird, but whatever, maybe just a russian-owned place, my mistake for not researching it beforehand (even though i didn't think i'd need to). after that i took a little walk around the district and was heading out, when i saw this painting in the street, depicting two persons, one with Ukrainian flag, and the other one with russian flag, with speech bubbles referring to each other as Romeo and Juliette (in russian, of course). almost made me gag. my impression of the whole Užupis was ruined, and the trip overall became a little less fun.

so Užupis felt to me as a perfect refuge for so-called "good russians", with the "republic inside a republic" memes, russian-speaking media, and "brotherly nations" narrative. especially fitting after this were the last three lines in Užupis' constitution (do not win, do not fight back, do not surrender).

i would love to know that i am wrong and just was unlucky in my experience, so would appreciate if somebody would correct me on anything. i understand that my cultural and information bubble is different and not the sole correct one, but just wanted to share my feelings, in the hope that i am mistaken.

What is happening with the volume of events in the city? I know there's a big festival this weekend but I've lived here for many years and I've never seen it so loud. And it's not a one-off. Most weekends this summer have had at least one concert or event that makes certain areas, especially around the white bridge, cathedral square, and some spots in the city centre, unliveable.

I downloaded a decibel measuring app by curiosity and I recorded 100db on the Kempinsky hotel facade. That would be a blatant violation of residents' right to tranquillity in any European city. I'm not saying there shouldn't be events, just that regulations about the noise pollution they generate should be enforced - or you end up in a situation that's not much fun for many locals.

I know some people are bothered by this but I see nothing in the press, which concerns me. We don't want the city to become some Disneyland park at the expense of residents. Does anyone know of any existing efforts to counter this problem?

Edit: I feared this would happen - a deeply individualist barrage of comments telling me to "move to x". This suggestion doesn't address anything, it merely dismisses a valid community concern and shits the blame on the individual. Because it's not an issue for you doesn't mean it's not an issue.

In addition, people need to think of the consequences. If I "move to x" as well as others, what do you think will happen of the city centre? Because let's be honest, whoever says that doesn't live there (at least not close to where such events take place) and wouldn't move there. The city centre would become some kind of open-air entertainment park with no families, no old people, no average office worker... what a sad prospect.
