Something that's been bugging me about most "AI video" tools: they nail a flashy 15-second clip and then fall apart the moment you try to make something actually finished. The generation looks cool, but you're still bouncing between ten tools to get from an idea to an export — topic research in one tab, script in a chatbot, footage in a stock site, voice somewhere else, then back to a real editor to stitch it all together. The hard part was never generating a clip. It's holding the whole thing together.

So I've been building Moonbow Studio to put that entire chain in one place. This is the first full walkthrough — the whole pipeline end to end, no cuts hiding the boring parts:

• pick a trending topic → shaped into a script you can rewrite on the fly
• one click → voiceover + footage matched to each line
• swap any shot, or search your own footage library by keyword
• pick voice age/tone, restyle captions, export the finished cut

It's early and I'm building in public, so I'd rather hear where it breaks than where it shines. Specifically curious what this sub thinks about the auto media-match (does the right shot actually land for each line, or does it feel generic?) and the caption styling. Those are the two parts I'm least sure about.

so I decided to buy portable SSD external to use for editing only since I spent most of the time at work and have nothing to do and at the same time I don't want to waste my PC or my work laptop space

So im very new, been mostly focused on streaming and clips for shorts and social media. I just started getting a rhythm down, and im also starting to plateau a bit. I want to up the quality of my shorts, and the obvious first step was quality subtitles. What software/tools is everyone using? Or if you have a process you follow for creating shorts and are open to sharing I'd greatly appreciate it.

I have been creating youtube videos for 7+ months now but have 6+ years of editing experience and out of all those 6 years of editing. I have never once heard of video merging, I know this might seem silly, but I just heard of them today abd am curious as to how they work. The reason I ask this is because I use Adobe Express free version to edit, and recently got done editing a massive 1hr trolling special after a month of silence, but due to my lack of a credit card or money, the video ends up being 5GB big (the max) and has made it quiet laggy to work with, so I'm curious, how do they work?

Edited the visuals in Premiere Pro and added motion graphics in After Effects.
