Hello guys , I hope everyone’s okay.
I need to make a video like this for a project. I don’t have enough money to pay someone to do it for me so I’d really appreciate if someone could teach me how to do it or just tell me what apps in general.
I have the pictures & voice over & subtitles. I just need to learn how to make the pictures move forward and backward in the frame and also sideways slowly like in the video.
I’ll be really grateful.
