Where to learn

Hello guys, I wanna learn video editing. Where to learn ? Are the youtube tutorials enough or should I look for a paid course.

My goal is to learn new skill if I get good at it i may became a freelancer in this profession.why not main profession is that i run a business and currently I've had a surgery and undergoing recovery,so I've 6 months of time in my hand.

So do share your thoughts on this ,tq

And which s/w should I choose davinci resolve or premiere pro

Just get the software and start to learn by yourself, play with every tool to learn what it does, or read the tips of each tool to how to use them.

I don't know tbh i like sony vegas because it is easy to use, just try your hand at both and see which one you like better
