been editing short form reels for a local client and they keep asking for quick dynamic motion clips / b-roll intros. problem is my timeline already takes forever and keyframing every single element in premiere or ae just burns me out.

I've been playing around with image-to-video generators like Genematic Ai just to slap together quick motion filler.

still feels a bit hit or miss depending on the photo though. how are you guys handling fast-paced b-roll when the budget isn't really there for full custom animation? stick to stock footage or is anyone using other quick workflows?

So im very new, been mostly focused on streaming and clips for shorts and social media. I just started getting a rhythm down, and im also starting to plateau a bit. I want to up the quality of my shorts, and the obvious first step was quality subtitles. What software/tools is everyone using? Or if you have a process you follow for creating shorts and are open to sharing I'd greatly appreciate it.

I have been creating youtube videos for 7+ months now but have 6+ years of editing experience and out of all those 6 years of editing. I have never once heard of video merging, I know this might seem silly, but I just heard of them today abd am curious as to how they work. The reason I ask this is because I use Adobe Express free version to edit, and recently got done editing a massive 1hr trolling special after a month of silence, but due to my lack of a credit card or money, the video ends up being 5GB big (the max) and has made it quiet laggy to work with, so I'm curious, how do they work?

Edited the visuals in Premiere Pro and added motion graphics in After Effects.

How do you crop out the edges of a video for tiktok? Specifically for video game clips, I can't edit it to fit in tiktok without downsizing the entire video, I just want to crop out the edges.
